What will you do?

As an HR Officer, you will have a versatile role in which you will make an immediate impact. Your main tasks:

  • Support the digitisation and optimisation of HR processes and systems.
  • Processing mutations (inflow, outflow, leave and absence) in our HR system.
  • Managing and updating personnel files.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees with HR questions on contracts, collective agreements and personnel regulations.
  • Prepare reports and monitor compliance with working conditions.
  • Participate in HR projects and continuously improve processes within the department.

What do you bring?

  • You have HBO working and thinking level.
  • You are a recent graduate or already have 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • You bring a fresh perspective and an appetite for taking on challenges such as digitising and improving HR processes.
  • You are proactive, spotting opportunities and actively contributing improvements.
  • You are good at creating reports and giving clear presentations to new employees.
  • You have strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
  • You are well organised, can prioritise and maintain an overview.
  • You are flexible, tenacious and stress-resistant.
