As a Jobcoach, you are the point of contact on the shop floor. You are present daily at our client location in Barendrecht and together with a Job Consultant and Planner form a close-knit team. You supervise employees, monitor processes and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Your tasks at a glance:
Coaching and motivating employees during their work
Identifying bottlenecks and moving quickly to resolve them
Control and optimise work schedules
Preparing reports and carrying out administrative work
If necessary, assist as a driver
Actively think along about process improvements and help with implementation
Ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment - both in the workplace and in accommodation
Work with digital systems and quickly master them
Work schedule: You will work two alternating shifts (05:00-13:00 and 15:00-22:00) and once every four weeks on weekends.
You speak English at a minimum B2 level; command of Polish is a big plus
You have work experience in logistics (preferably as an order picker)
You are stress-resistant, solution-oriented and think in terms of possibilities
You are independent, but also enjoy working in a team
You have a driving licence B and are flexibly employable
You feel at home in a dynamic working environment where no day is the same
An independent position with a lot of variety, freedom and responsibility
A gross monthly salary between €2,450 and €3,000, depending on experience
