As a Senior Backoffice Clerk at Want 2 Work, you are the one who is firmly in control. You ensure flawless contract management and the correct remuneration of our employees. You process every change and mutation with great precision.
With more than 20 clients within our organisation, it is important that you are able to switch quickly and keep an overview. You immerse yourself in collective labour agreements and temping legislation and, if you do not yet have the right certification, we will gladly help you obtain your SEU diploma.
You are in daily contact with colleagues from home and abroad. As a result, it is important that you can communicate smoothly in both Dutch and English. Within the back office, you will work together with three committed colleagues and under the guidance of our experienced Manager Back Office. Your contribution ensures that both the front office and the back office can rely on a strong foundation.
You are someone who creates structure where others see chaos. With an MBO or HBO working and thinking level, you know how to tackle your tasks quickly and carefully. You have experience in the temporary employment industry, for example as an intermediary or in an operational role such as planner or back-office employee, and therefore understand the importance of accurate administration and flawless contract management.
You know the dynamics of temping inside out and know how to keep an overview in a rapidly changing environment. Deadlines do not scare you; you work accurately, in a structured way and stay sharp even under pressure. You communicate effortlessly in both Dutch and English. Moreover, you have a fresh outlook: you not only see opportunities for improvement, you also dare to take the initiative to make processes smarter, faster and more effective.
