As a Job Coach, you are the connecting link between our flex workers, clients, and your colleagues in the office. You make sure our employees start well, keep developing, and that daily operations at the client run smoothly.
You mainly work on site at our clients in the North Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Alkmaar, and Nieuwegein. That is why we ideally look for someone living in this region. Sometimes you will travel to our office in Zaltbommel for team meetings, onboarding sessions, or important internal moments. This keeps you closely connected to the team and our way of working.
You are regularly on the work floor and work together with a Job Consultant and another Job Coach. Together you keep everything running and create a safe, pleasant working environment.
You mostly work during office hours, but depending on the clients you support, you may sometimes be needed in the evening or during weekends. Flexibility is essential. Weekend work happens occasionally, and within your team of three you will coordinate this together.
